bajee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bajee platform and all services under it. As used here, "bajee", "we", or "platform" refers to the bajeevip.cam website and its associated mobile applications.

"User" or "you" means any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service of the bajee platform. By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

bajee reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will automatically make the new Terms applicable. The Bengali version of these Terms is considered the primary document for users in Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to register on the bajee platform and participate in any casino or betting activity 21+. bajee may request a government-issued ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence) at any time as proof of age. Opening an account in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information — full name, correct date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Accounts opened with false information will be cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be voided. bajee reserves the right to investigate multiple account registrations from the same device or IP address.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajee may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time to ensure secure transactions. This process may require a government-issued ID, bank statement, or mobile banking confirmation. Large withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, immediately notify the bajee support team via live chat and change your password.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account. bajee will not be liable for any loss caused by another person using your account. It is recommended that you keep OTP verification enabled for security.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on the bajee platform is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this limit will not be processed.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

bajee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits and withdrawals are not required to use the same method, though using the same account for identity verification is recommended.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is needed or if there is downtime in the bank or mobile banking system. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security check before approval.

4.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not connected to any illegal activity. bajee reserves the right to suspend transactions and notify relevant authorities in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

Other offers including weekly reload bonuses, slot festivals, and cricket bonuses have their own terms, and wagering requirements vary for each offer. Each bonus may only be claimed within a specified time period, and expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through dishonest means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.
• bajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Bet Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown on the game or match page. bajee reserves the right to change bet limits in special circumstances, particularly in cases of incorrect odds.

6.2 Bet Outcomes

For sports betting, bajee follows the official scores and decisions of the relevant international sports bodies (ICC, BCB, etc.) to determine results. For casino games, the result shown in the game interface is final. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the correct result will apply and balances will be adjusted accordingly.

6.3 Void Bets

bajee reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the scheduled time.
• If clearly incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If the integrity of a game or market is called into question.
• If evidence of match-fixing or any other dishonest activity is found.

bajee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, and it is our responsibility to ensure it does not cause harm to any user. By following our Responsible Gaming guidelines, you can set deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary account break.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life — whether on your family, finances, or mental health — please contact our support team immediately. Through the Self-Exclusion feature, you can apply to close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Bonus abuse — placing artificial bets with the deliberate intention of meeting bonus requirements.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability of the platform.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

bajee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior investigation or advance notice, though protecting the funds of honest users will always be the priority.

All data on the platform is protected through SSL encryption. Your financial information is never shared with third parties, except that limited information is provided to payment providers as necessary to complete transactions. Users have the right to view the information stored in their account and to request corrections if needed.

bajee works to provide uninterrupted service except for temporary downtime due to technical reasons. However, bajee will not be liable in the following cases:

• If a bet or game is not completed due to the user's own internet disconnection.
• If a delay occurs due to technical issues with third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank).
• For financial losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.
• For data loss due to external cyber attacks or unforeseen technical failures.

In the event of any dispute, the user should first contact the bajee support team. If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, an appeal may be made to the bajee management board.

bajee reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the new Terms.
